These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wolbis platform (“the Company”, “we”, “our”), including all investment services, digital tools, and related functionalities. By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the platform.

  • 1. Eligibility
    • 1.1. You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
    • 1.2. You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not representing a third party without legal authorization.
    • 1.3. You are responsible for ensuring that using our services complies with the laws of your country.
    • 1.4. Wolbis reserves the right to refuse service to jurisdictions where investment activities are restricted.
  • 2. Account Registration
    • 2.1. To access investment services, you must create an account with accurate personal information.
    • 2.2. You agree to complete KYC/AML verification when required.
    • 2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login data and 2FA codes.
    • 2.4. Any activity performed through your account is considered authorized by you.
    • 2.5. The Company may suspend or terminate your account in case of suspicious activity or regulatory obligations.
  • 3. Investment Services
    • 3.1. Wolbis provides access to investment plans backed by real licensed gaming and entertainment assets.
    • 3.2. Investment plans differ in duration, returns, payout schedules, and conditions for principal withdrawal.
    • 3.3. All investments carry financial risks. Past results do not guarantee future returns.
    • 3.4. You must review the documentation of each investment plan before committing funds.
    • 3.5. The Company reserves the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue any plan with reasonable notice.
  • 4. Deposits
    • 4.1. Deposits must be made through the payment methods provided in your dashboard.
    • 4.2. All deposits must be made in your own name; third-party transfers may be rejected.
    • 4.3. Cryptocurrency deposits must be sent to the correct wallet network (TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, etc.).
    • 4.4. The Company is not responsible for deposits sent to incorrect addresses or networks.
  • 5. Payouts & Withdrawals
    • 5.1. Dividend payouts follow the schedule defined in each investment plan.
    • 5.2. Early principal withdrawal is only available for plans that explicitly allow it.
    • 5.3. All withdrawals require completed verification and compliance checks.
    • 5.4. Processing times depend on the method selected and may vary from 1 to 5 business days.
    • 5.5. Fees related to blockchain networks or banking institutions are the responsibility of the investor.
  • 6. Risks & Liability
    • 6.1. The value of investments may rise or fall.
    • 6.2. Wolbis is not responsible for losses resulting from market conditions, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.
    • 6.3. The Company does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
    • 6.4. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether an investment is appropriate for your financial situation.
  • 7. Prohibited Activities
    • You agree not to:
    • 7.1. Use the platform for money laundering or fraudulent activity.
    • 7.2. Create multiple accounts without permission.
    • 7.3. Provide false identity information.
    • 7.4. Interfere with platform security or attempt unauthorized access.
    • 7.5. Promote or engage in illegal financial schemes.
  • 8. Data Protection & Privacy
    • 8.1. Wolbis collects and processes your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    • 8.2. We apply encryption, authentication measures, and secure storage practices.
    • 8.3. You agree that your data may be used for verification, compliance, and internal analytics.
  • 9. Amendments
    • 9.1. Wolbis may update these Terms at any time.
    • 9.2. Changes will be posted on the website or sent to your email.
    • 9.3. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
  • 10. Suspension & Termination
    • 10.1. The Company may suspend access for security, compliance, or operational reasons.
    • 10.2. You may close your account at any time after settling all obligations.
    • 10.3. Funds belonging to suspended accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the investment plan rules.
  • 11. Governing Law
    • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wolbis is legally registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures of that jurisdiction.
